What Sober4Life provides
Sober4Life provides visible commitment products and access to information, support pathways and community-oriented resources. Sober4Life is not a medical, psychological, counselling, detoxification, rehabilitation or emergency service. Content is general information and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when ordering or creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity under your account. Membership access is personal and must not be resold, shared or misused.
Orders and payments
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when Sober4Life confirms it. We may cancel or refund an order where stock is unavailable, a price or description is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or supply is not reasonably possible. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment services and may be subject to their terms.
Products, delivery and returns
Product photographs and colours may vary slightly between devices and production batches. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or member information.

Links to external support services are provided for convenience. Those services are independent and control their own content, availability and privacy practices. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Sober4Life names, logos, shield artwork, product designs, website content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sober4Life. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless written permission is given.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sober4Life is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on general information, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
