This policy applies to purchases made from Sober4Life through sober4life.com.au. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case and return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or is the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Membership and digital access
Any membership or digital access included with a Sober4Life product is personal to the purchaser or intended recipient. Refund requests for digital services will be assessed according to the service supplied, whether access has begun, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Sober4Life does not promise clinical treatment, emergency assistance or a particular recovery outcome.
How to request a return
- Use the Contact page at sober4life.com.au/contact/ before sending anything back.
- Provide your name, order number, item and reason for the request.
- Wait for return instructions and the correct return address.
- Use tracked postage for change-of-mind returns and keep your receipt.
Please do not send returns to a supplier or manufacturer. Items sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
Refund timing
Once a returned item is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Shipping costs
Where a product has a major failure or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, Sober4Life will cover reasonable return costs. For approved change-of-mind returns, original and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
